A team of experts on different aspects such as food, production, sales, etc. work in searching, learning and knowing the taste of people. We periodically meet to define which new tastes people are fond of and what they want, thus, according to these ideas, we combine our natural raw materials to obtain and present these tastes to the public.

Every day, our staff carefully produces alfajores, rolled wafers and cones so that these products are fresh when arriving to different sale and distribution points. Every morning, when workers arrive from their homes and enter into the plant, they dressed up in working clothes which include a hairnet. We teach them how to wash their hands to protect the production of items.
We have special care of the plant cleaning; and so we have a group of people especially devoted to this task. We carefully choose the ingredients or Raw Materials used in our recipes. With them we make the biscuits we use to produce alfajores: first, dough made of sugar, flour and other ingredients must be mixed and then baked in a big oven. In other machines we put dulce de leche on the two or three biscuits which our alfajores have and then, accordingly, we coated with chocolate or meringue. Then, it only remains to pack each final product in order to be fresh and delicious when reaching your hands.
To sum up, we control the biscuit, the dulce de leche, the filling and chocolates that we use in our products from the beginning to the end of the process. Our raw materials and our end products have a quality control in order to get home in a reliable way.
